Why does he "obviously" know someone? Because he called a 50/50 situation in the past? That's hardly what I'd call demonstrating an "obvious" connection.

He said that the DLee signing had happened the night before the mainstream media reported it. That's different from saying at the beginning of the offseason that the O's would sign Lee.
